Who does Pikorua Security contact: the broker or the vendor?
Both, with different messages. The producer named on the ACORD 25 gets the full deficiency notice with the forms and wording required. The vendor's office is copied and gets a short text so they know their broker has been asked. You can set a preferred contact per vendor if the agency uses a central certificate desk.
Do brokers need a Pikorua Security account?
No. Each request carries a zero-login link scoped to one vendor and one request. The link is tied to the producer's email address on file, expires after 14 days, and only accepts uploads for the items requested. There is no username or password to forget.
Can we change the wording, the sender or the cadence?
Yes. Templates are editable per entity, notices can go out from your own domain once SPF and DKIM are set up, and the 60/30/15/0 day cadence, quiet hours and escalation contacts are configurable per project or vendor tier.
How are text messages handled?
Texts only go to vendor contacts who provided a mobile number for compliance notices. Every message identifies your company, includes opt-out instructions, and a STOP reply is honored immediately. Email continues for that contact.
What does the 4.2 day figure measure?
