Life in Delhi
An office in East Delhi, customers in Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta
We work from our registered office in Vasundhara Enclave, East Delhi. Risk engineers and software engineers sit at the same table, because the people who write the endorsement rules and the people who build the parser need to argue about the same packet.
Working with US customers from Delhi means planning the day around time zones rather than staying up for them. Most engineering work happens in a normal IST day. Teams that talk to customers share a daily overlap window from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST, which is 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern during US daylight saving time, and rotate who covers it.
Once a quarter the whole Delhi team spends a day offsite, and twice a year our US colleagues fly in for a week of planning. Engineers also visit US jobsites and property teams to watch Pikorua Security in use, because a payment hold looks different from a site trailer than from a dashboard.

Careers FAQ
Do I need insurance experience to join?
Not for engineering, design or most go-to-market roles. Everyone completes our endorsement training in the first month, taught by the Risk Engineering team. The Construction Risk Engineer role does require hands-on risk transfer experience.
What does hybrid mean in Delhi?
Three days a week in our Delhi office, Tuesday to Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are flexible. Teams that work with US customers share a daily overlap window in the early evening IST.
Can I work remotely from outside the United States or India?
Not at the moment. Customer-facing roles are remote within the United States so they can work US business hours, and engineering and design roles are hybrid in Delhi. We do not sponsor US work visas today.
Do you offer relocation to Delhi?
Yes, for candidates moving from another Indian city. We cover travel and two weeks of temporary housing, and help with the first month's rental deposit.

How do you set compensation?
Each role has a band by level, the same for everyone at that level and location. US postings show the base salary range. For Delhi roles we share the band in the first call, before you invest any more time.
